Release of the “Resolving Societal Issues through Innovation: Listings of Societal Issues 2025” (280 pages)  

We are pleased to announce the release of the revised Listings of Societal Issues 2025 (LSI 2025) on March 28. Since its initial publication in 2017, the LSI has been well received, and the latest version has already been downloaded over 700 times.

Sixth session of ICF Online Discussion: Co-Creation Ecosystems in Manufacturing (Mar. 26)  

We introduced up-to-date information on business co-creation ecosystems through the presentations from the open-innovation platforms of two of Japan’s leading manufacturing companies, Co-Creation Park – KAWARUBA created by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Yokohama Hardtech Hub (YHH) created by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.

Announcement

Change in name of the ICF Secretariat

Since the establishment of Initiative for Co-creating the Future in April 2021, we have been referring to our administration body as the “ICF Secretariat.”
From April 2025, to further promote co-creation activities among our members, we will change this name to “Future Co-creation Promotion Office.”
