FCP for Behavior Change: Release of Insight Report
An insight report has been released that summarizes the results of the FCP for behavior change held from August 2021 to March 2022. This report was created by the ICF Secretariat to compile insights from the FCP.
Many societal issues must overcome the hurdle of successfully eliciting behavior change through means such as encouraging those involved to take new actions and to stop taking undesirable actions. In improving lifestyle-related diseases or preventing frailty, for example, it is essential that people take actions individually to improve their health.
The FCP was divided into two sections: Lecture and Practice. In the Lecture section, participants deepened their knowledge of behavior change, while in the Practice section they discussed specific themes and examined effective measures for behavior change. This report provides an overview of the activities and introduces findings. Please take a look!
