New Year’s Greetings
We wish you a happy year ahead.
In April 2021, the Innovation Network for Co-creating the Future (INCF) and the Platinum Society Research Association (PSRA) merged to start the Initiative for Co-creating the Future (ICF). Thanks to the kind support and cooperation of its members, ICF has successfully continued its robust activities and tackle new challenges. This year, 2022, we will further refine our activities and provide a wider variety of opportunities for co-creation with more members and stakeholders.
We are extremely grateful and excited for your commitment and active participation

The Seminar on the Listings of Social Issues started in June 2021 and offers commentary on the issues from each of the six ICF focus areas. Societal Issues Discussion: considering psychological safety
Psychological safety is a concept that is starting to gain prevalance around the world.
Harvard University Professor Amy C. Edmondson coined the term, referring to a psychological tendency to trust that fellow members of a group will not deny or negate one’s beliefs. While smooth operations of a team is born from many factors, the growing prominence of the digital sphere has spurred interest in psychological safety as an optimal teambuilding method.
ICF members are invited to join this rendition of the Societal Issues Discussion. This installment will help participants reflect on their own situation, such as analyzing psychological safety in their own workplace and reconsidering preconcieved notions surrounding productivity and motivation.
First meeting: Tuesday, February 1st, 3:00 to 5:00 pm
-The definition and necessity of psychological safety,
-Psychological safety in participants organizations
-Issues when working to ensure psychological safety.
